The portal "My Gorad" was globally updated and renamed. Now it is called "May Respublika". As the Information Technology Center of the Minsk City Executive Committee told Onliner, it is characterized by close integration with the unified Dispatching Service system, which creates new mechanisms for citizens to interact with service providers. The site address remains the same.

Now the user will be able to leave applications — the same as those received by the short number 115 — using a mobile phone and, having registered at the address, receive notifications about all outages of housing and communal services. All information about outages will be reflected on the map of the district, city or the whole republic. The CIT draws attention to the fact that users who have previously registered on the portal "My Gorad" do not need to register again, login is carried out with the same credentials.

— For example, now people are calling the contact center on the problems of suspending the provision of housing and communal services. Ideally, the information should come from the service provider. “The company will inform the contact center about the planned shutdown, and residents will automatically receive information on their mobile phones not only about the shutdown, but also about the approximate timing of restoring the supply of water, heat or other services,” the organization explains.

Briefly about all the innovations:

  • New website design;
  • Unified information system with 115 contact centers across the country;
  • System of favorite addresses — you can add up to 5 favorite addresses, which will receive notifications about outages of housing and communal services;
  • The ability to send an application with reference to a point on the map and to a specific address of a residential building;
  • Visualization of information about the suspension of housing and communal services on the map of Belarus;
  • Colorful and detailed open data of housing and communal services of Belarus;
  • Ratings of districts, organizations and users.
