The State Association "Housing and Communal Services of the Minsk region" draws attention to the fact that from June 1, 2021, payers of housing and communal services who are participants in joint home ownership will pay a monthly fee for the service of managing the common property of joint home ownership.

This service is provided on the basis of a contract for the management of the common property of a joint household, the conclusion of which is provided for by Housing legislation in the case of the appointment of an authorized person for the management of the common property of a joint household.
The obligation to prepare and conclude a contract with the consumer for the management of the common property of a joint household is established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 405-C of July 16, 2008 "On the Protection of the rights of consumers of housing and communal services". The standard contract for the management of the common property of a joint household was approved by Resolution No. 99 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated January 27, 2009 "On Measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of the Rights of Consumers of Housing and Communal Services".
At the same time, it should be noted that the authorized person for managing the common property of a joint household is a state customer in the field of housing and communal services, created in accordance with the legislation by the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee.
